Double Hung

Double Hung windows have two sashed in a common frame with the sashes designed to move up and down in the frame for ventilation. In a Single Hung application generally the top sash is fixed in the frame while the bottom sash operates. Double hung sash operation does not require clearance outside of the frame for operation.
